Unpredictable thing that i got when i am in 4th smester in my collage is getting CHANCE to participate in an action held by US EMBASSY by receiving a letter of invitation from them .There are 2 students who represent Pontianak as participant , me and my senior,but we are from different faculty.

This action held by US Embassy in 5 countries , Indonesia, Malaysia,Philipina , Singapure, and Pakistan by purposes to give lessons and startegies for young generation in (concern with the countries majority muslim communities) how to face recent globaly problems like exterme and terorism by using social media (blog, twitter, facebook, youtube, flick and some more) to create PEACE OF WORLD
Considering those aims above , we are seperated by 2 groups . They are "GENERATION CHANGE and VIRAL PEACE and I was in Generation Change group.This is the video of Generation Change group.
When i joined in Generation Change group , a trainer from California, Mr,Watj asked us one by one about us and our mission or PASSION in life related with our influence in our community. Then he gave many lesson and we shared each other about our experience and idea how to be A CHANGE MAKER in our community.The most interesting thing that i get from this chance is a lesson how to use Social Media to campaign our mission and be a change maker in our communuty..and 1 quote from Mr. Watj which very thoughfull i think is
"Every body is a change maker because everybody is a change agent"..
To be a change maker in our community, we need share our passion and story with well. Never care about the other people response, they give response and they dont give any respons its also form of RESPON " (DR. Humera Khan ).But we need to attract our community interest by insipiring them start from ourselves by do something influence and be a good story teller.
In this occation Mr. Watj said that when we can be a good story teller,, people will give higher regard for our information that we give to them and we can influence them.
Well , i hope this action can be one step for me to get closer with the problems that happen now and as young generation we can face and overcome the problems nowday.
